Join Joanna Sweeney at Brú Moytura for 'Wildcrafting Pathways' – Regenerative Retreat & Book Launch, a four-day immersive experience exploring sustainable living, creativity, and connection to nature.
Set in the landscape of Sligo, the retreat includes workshops on mindful natural building with Peter Cowman, a sustainability-focused talk and tour with Colum Stapleton, fireside storytelling with Samuel T. Brett, traditional Irish music, and guided sessions in wildcrafting and personal alignment. There is also time for reflection, nature immersion, and community connection.
A highlight of the programme is the public book launch of 'Wildcrafting Pathways: Transformative Wisdom for a Regenerative Lifestyle', featuring a talk, reading, Q&A, signing, and celebration, followed by a live DJ set.
The retreat is fully catered with locally sourced meals and offers a rich, hands-on introduction to regenerative living in a supportive and inspiring environment. Limited to 25 places, booking is essential.
